Who is Empress?Diane Weatherhead, ARMA I am Diane Weatherhead, owner and manager of Empress Consultancy. I am an Associate of the Records Management Association. I help organisations design, develop, and implement systems and practices to manage their records and archives. Since establishing my business in 1992, I've developed a reputation for providing inspired solutions to clients. I'm proud of what Empress Consultancy represents and of my achievements in the recordkeeping industry.
